Peter Tseng developed his US Tax career in the Dallas office of Deloitte Tax LLP and he focused on the compliance and advisory services for US businesses including US C Corporations, partnerships, and S Corporations. In April 2012, Peter Tseng transitioned to Deloitte Taiwan and assisted the Deloitte Taipei office providing US business and individual compliance and advisory services. During the time at Deloitte Taipei office, he continued developing US tax expertise with a focus of the US income tax implications for US persons living outside of United States as well as for US businesses with a majority foreign ownership.
He believes that what makes a business thrive is the passion that drives it. Choosing to specialize in a field means that you are completely devoted to it; That is the energy that sets him apart.
Peter Tseng CPA Firm opened its doors in December 2014. In 2017, Alan Yang and Joanna Chao joined the practice and the firm continues expanding the professional team to serve the business and individual clients.
從美國Deloitte的Dallas office 到Deloitte在台北的事務所，Peter Tseng在提供美國稅務專業服務的領域有超過十年的時間，2012年從美國的事務所離開後加入台北的Deloitte(勤業眾信聯合會計師事務所)，Peter Tseng除了原有的美國國內企業聯邦及各州所得稅稅務申報及諮詢的專業基礎之外，更加上了服務旅居非美國地區的美國納稅人的寶貴經驗。
2014年，Peter Tseng離開了台北的勤業眾信聯合會計師事務所，成立了自己的事務所，因為他相信他可以提供給客戶如四大事務所一樣的專業服務但卻是更合理的服務費用。2017年，同樣是來自Deloitte的Alan Yang跟Joanna Chao也一起加入了他的行列。

Before practicing under Peter Tseng CPA firm at Dallas, Texas, Peter Tseng worked as the Tax senior manager at Deloitte and Touche Taiwan and the tax manager at Deloitte Tax LLP (Deloitte US firm). Peter Tseng is responsible for providing US income tax consultation and compliance services for individuals and businesses and his industry focus is the financial services, energy, and manufacturing industry.
曾大忠於創立註冊於美國德州的會計師事務所之前為台灣勤業眾信聯合會計師事務所稅務部門協理。在加入勤業眾信會計師事務所稅務服務團隊之前服務於美國德勤會計師事務所達拉斯辦公室稅務部。主要業務為提供美國國內及國際租稅規劃，稅務諮詢及相關稅務申報服務並協助財務金融服務業、能源產業與一般製造業客戶規劃及分析各類交易所衍生的所得稅風險。

Alan Yang
Alan Yang focuses on various aspects of US income tax services for high net worth individuals living abroad, such as voluntary disclosure filing, foreign company(CFC/PFIC), and expatiation tax. Prior to joining Peter Tseng CPA firm, he worked as the Tax assistant manager at Deloitte and Touche Taiwan. Alan is a California licensed CPA and holds a MA in accountancy from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
楊家正專精於海外高資產人士之各類美國個人稅務服務，包括自願揭露申報、海外公司/海外投資公司及棄籍稅等項目。加入本服務團隊前曾任職於勤業眾信會計師事務所稅務部國際租稅組。美國伊利諾大學香檳分校會計碩士畢業並取得加州會計師執照。

Joanna Chao
Joanna is a California licensed CPA. After obtaining her bachelor degree in accounting major, she started her career as an auditor in KPMG Taiwan. With actual field work experiences, communication and cooperation with the clients, she decided to enhance her professionalism not only in audit but also in tax specialization, by getting master degree from University of California Riverside. Later, Joanna joined Deloitte Taiwan’s international tax team, and work specifically on US individual tax. Together with audit and tax experiences, Joanna joined Peter Tseng CPA firm to work as an US tax specialist.
趙子柔是美國加州註冊會計師。在大學主修會計的她，於台灣安侯建業聯合會計師事務所擔任審計員開始她的職涯生活。憑藉著實際的外勤工作以及與客戶的溝通和合作，她決定加強會計專業領域包括審計和稅務，並攻讀加州大學河濱分校研究所。畢業後，她加入台灣勤業眾信聯合會計師事務所稅務部的國際租稅組，針對在台美國人提供專業服務。有著審計以及稅務經驗的她，加入本事務所成為美國稅務專家。
